The third zone is characterized by its densest afforestation: a forest of cork oaks and holm oaks, occupying an area of 4 hectares, with around a hundred trees, almost all of which are adult cork oaks, which are responsible for a production of between 3500 and 4000 kilos of cork.

Among these you can also see some holm oaks and pine trees.

The water for irrigation comes from four wells, two of which are large and through a pond and the electricity connections are located near the entrance to the farm.

Located at one of the ends of the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, it has a great location about 2 kilometers from the village.

The nearest towns, São Miguel de Acha and Penamacor, are located 9 and 17 km away respectively.

In turn, the county seat, Idanha-a-Nova, and the district capital, Castelo Branco, are 28 km and 38 km away.
